Designed a complete UI/UX system for Eldebna, a German company, including 63+ pages in collaboration with Amr Sharaf using Figma.
Case Study
Eldebna is a German platform designed to connect hospitals with freelance healthcare professionals such as doctors and suppliers through a modern and organized digital experience. The platform works similarly to marketplaces like Fiverr and Upwork, where hospitals can: Search for freelancer profiles Review professional information and availability Hire suitable healthcare professionals directly through the platform Publish job requests with specific dates, working hours, and requirements On the other side, freelancers can: Create professional profiles Apply for available opportunities Submit requests to work with hospitals Manage communication and workflow directly through the platform The main goal of the project was simplifying the hiring and communication process between hospitals and freelancers while creating a smooth and professional user experience for both sides. The project included: Designing a complete UI/UX system Creating more than 63 unique pages Building scalable and reusable design components Structuring complex user flows and interactions Designing responsive interfaces for multiple user types Improving usability and accessibility Creating a clean and modern healthcare-focused design system A major focus of the project was making the platform intuitive and easy to use despite the complexity of the workflows and interactions between hospitals and freelancers. To achieve this, we conducted: User Research Market Research UX Flow Analysis Competitor Analysis This helped us build a user-centered experience optimized for both hospitals and healthcare freelancers. The project was designed using Figma in collaboration with Amr Sharaf.
The Problem

The Approach
Focused on building a highly intuitive and scalable UI/UX system that simplifies the complex workflow between hospitals and freelance healthcare professionals. The design process included: Conducting User Research and Market Research Analyzing competitor platforms like Fiverr and Upwork Creating optimized user flows for both hospitals and freelancers Designing reusable and scalable UI components Improving accessibility and usability across the platform Building responsive layouts for multiple devices Maintaining a clean and professional healthcare-focused visual system Special attention was given to reducing friction in the hiring process and making interactions smooth, fast, and easy for all user types.
